By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Crestline Digital for any service, you agree to these Terms in full. These Terms may be updated at any time and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Services Offered
We provide mobile app development, website design & development, UI/UX design, graphic design, motion graphics, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media), and brand consulting services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
4. Project Engagement & Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely content, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by clients may affect delivery timelines and project schedules.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
A 50% upfront deposit is required before starting work. Remaining payments must be completed before final delivery. Late payments may result in project suspension.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds depend on project stage. Once work has started, partial or no refunds may apply. Retainer services and ad spend are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All work remains property of Crestline Digital until full payment is received. After payment, rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive project information confidential for a period of 3 years after project completion.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, or performance issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
Crestline Digital is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, data, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Completed work must be paid in full upon termination.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
